Wyandotte 27th District Court DUI Trial
In a Wyandotte DUI trial, the prosecutor may prove “operating while intoxicated” by proving beyond a reasonable doubt any of the following three options:
- The defendant was operating while under the influence, as that term is defined in the Michigan Model Criminal Jury Instructions and caselaw described in this section.
- The defendant operated with a BAC of .08 or higher.
- The defendant operated with a BAC of .17 or higher.
