I'm happy to report that one of my clients received an excellent result this morning in court. The client was charged with drunk driving after being stopped for speeding in Grosse Pointe; he subsequently blew a .20 and .21 on the DataMaster. His two goals were keeping his driver's license to drive to and from work, and to stay out of jail. Today we accomplished both of those goals, because I was able to get my client a reduced charge of Operating While Visibly Impaired. My client avoided jail and will be able to drive for work. My client will have the opportunity to be off probation after 6 months, and is very happy with the outcome of his Michigan drunk driving case.
