Found this on MLive in Ann Arbor and I'm posting parts of the article. The full article can be found here.
Beginning on Sunday, Jan. 12, and running through Friday the 17th, 55 Ann Arbor restaurants will offer special fixed price menus for Ann Arbor Restaurant Week, a twice-yearly event organized by the Main Street Area Association.
Lunches are priced at 15 dollars per person, with 26 of the 41 restaurants open for lunch offering two-for-one lunch pricing. A three-course dinner can be had for 48 dollars, with 25 of the participating restaurants offering two-for-one pricing at dinner.
Mani Osteria and Amadeusare also both offering a $15 per person Sunday brunch.
Other highlights for Thomson include Mediterrano, Neopapalis and Seva.
Thomson has three important tips for people planning to dine out for Restaurant Week:
1. Make reservations early. A quick check of restaurant reservation siteOpenTable.com shows that several restaurants, namely Logan, Pacific Rim, and Aventura, are filling up very quickly. Thomson said that a few restaurants that don't normally take reservations change the policy during Restaurant Week, so it's worth a call to the restaurant to check.
2. Call the restaurants directly to check hours. Occasionally a restaurant that would typically be closed on a Monday will extend hours during Ann Arbor Restaurant Week. Always call ahead.
3. Don't forget to tip well. Thomson wants to remind diners that although there are deals to be had during this event, it's important to remember that staff is working harder than ever, so "please remember to tip generously."
